SafeWorld Website Terms of Use

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to www.safeworld.ai and other public SafeWorld pages that link to these terms (the “Website”). The Website is operated by SafeWorld, Inc. (“SafeWorld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms before using the Website. By using the Website after being given notice of these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1 What these terms cover

The Website provides information about SafeWorld, its team, research, and offerings, and lets you contact us or request a demonstration. It does not provide public access to the SafeWorld product. Sending an enquiry, requesting a demonstration, or viewing Website materials does not create a customer relationship or grant access to any product, pilot, software, model, or service.

Access to and use of SafeWorld products, private demonstrations, pilots, and services are governed by the separate agreements applicable to that engagement, which may include a signed master services agreement, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, or data processing addendum. These Website terms do not replace or amend those agreements or change rights in customer materials, product outputs, or confidential information. If a separate agreement governs a particular interaction or material, that agreement controls that subject matter.

2 Who may use the Website

The Website is intended for adults using it for business or professional purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it in that use.

3 Website content and intellectual property

SafeWorld and its licensors own the Website and its text, software, graphics, videos, designs, logos, and other content, subject to any identified third-party rights. We permit you to view the Website and download or print reasonable portions of publicly available materials for your own lawful, internal business evaluation, provided you keep copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Except as permitted by applicable law, a separate written agreement, or an express license accompanying particular material, you may not commercially exploit, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of Website content without permission. No trademark license or right to SafeWorld product technology is granted. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public Website pages without suggesting an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

4 Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to violate applicable law or another person's rights; impersonate a person or organization; submit fraudulent or misleading enquiries; introduce malicious software; send unsolicited bulk messages through our forms; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; bypass access restrictions; or interfere with the Website's operation or security.

You must not use automated means to extract or republish Website content without our written permission. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary browser access, assistive technologies, uses protected by law, or indexing by public search engines that respect our robots instructions and do not circumvent access controls. Security testing requires prior written authorization.

5 Enquiries and feedback

Provide accurate information and only submit material you are entitled to share. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information submitted through the Website. Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in a paid service, commit either party to a transaction, or guarantee a response or product access.

Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, customer datasets, robot logs, source code, or confidential technical material through a general Website form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel and any necessary agreement. The form itself does not create a confidentiality agreement; any existing confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions about the Website, you permit us to use those suggestions to improve it without payment or attribution. This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal information, business materials, or confidential information and does not override any separate agreement.

6 Information and safety limitations

Website materials are general information, not engineering advice, a safety assessment, legal advice, certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of any robot's performance or suitability for deployment. Examples, demonstrations, simulations, and research findings apply only within their stated conditions and limitations. They do not establish that every hazard has been identified or that a real-world system is safe.

Do not rely on Website content alone to make a safety-critical or deployment decision. Obtain qualified professional advice and conduct appropriate independent assessment and testing. Website descriptions of future features or offerings are not commitments to deliver them. Any product commitments or warranties must be set out in the applicable separate agreement.

7 Third party links and media

The Website may link to other websites or display third-party media, including embedded video. Those providers control their own services and practices. A link or embedded item does not by itself imply endorsement. Review the provider's terms and privacy information before using its services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

8 Availability and warranties

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Website content or features, and may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. This does not change any obligations under a separate customer agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or current in every respect. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 Liability for Website use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeWorld will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Website.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. They concern the public Website only. Liability relating to separately contracted products or services remains governed by the applicable agreement and law.

10 Governing law and disputes

California law governs these terms, without applying conflict-of-laws rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. Subject to any nonwaivable rights and any separate agreement governing the dispute, disputes relating solely to the Website or these terms will be heard in the state courts in Santa Clara County, California, or the federal courts of the Northern District of California, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising mandatory rights under the law that applies to you or making a complaint to a regulator. These terms do not impose arbitration or change an arbitration provision in a separate signed agreement.

11 Changes and general provisions

We may revise these terms by posting a new version and updating the effective date. Material changes will be identified through a notice on the Website or another reasonable method. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or assent required by law; they do not retroactively change an existing dispute or amend a separate signed agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should continue after Website use ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions, survive to the extent permitted by law.
